The main goal: to develop and implement a cross-border model for economic impact on the preservation and protection of the environment and natural resources through the development of ecological agribusiness in the region of Strandzha – Yildiz.
The main and most important element – as well as the main part of the investments, is to build on the territory of Bolyarovo Municipality a starting pilot material base for development of ecological, environmentally friendly organic agricultural production and hunting tourism in the region of Strandzha – Yildiz, including fruit nursery, technical and fruit crops suitable for ecological and organic agricultural production, pilot pasture for cattle and sheep for production of ecologically clean and organic products and aviaries for poultry farming and supply of pheasants, partridges and partridges for resettlement for the purposes of hunting tourism.
For the effective use of this base, a group of activities for raising awareness and training will be organized and conducted – an international conference, bilateral business meetings, a business visit to Turkey and training of farmers and experts in organic and ecological agribusiness.
In support of farmers, advisory and information tools are being developed, such as an information brochure, an information and consultation office and an internet platform.
