The main goal of the project is through the development of integrated training for continuity of family business for owners of family businesses and family members, as well as for business consultants, the project to:
- Support family business members and owners through practical and easy-to-follow learning tools to understand and compare continuity issues from a family and business perspective
- Increase the knowledge and skills of business consultants by providing a set of guidelines, tools and practical tools for effective counseling of family business owners and their family members on how to deal with the problems of continuity
- Providing an integrated online tool with support materials for professional trainers, consultants, organizations, training entrepreneurs, as well as business schools and training structures in order to supplement or create training projects in the field of continuity of family businesses
- Offering new knowledge and ideas on the issue of the continuity of family businesses, through research in the participating countries, as well as identifying training needs
- Dissemination of project results as well as study of sustainability aspects for future use of the developed results in the project countries and beyond, in particular in connection with the development of further training opportunities
