The main goal of the project: creating conditions for a better life and well-being of people by building adequate capacity among farmers and farmers, business associations and local authorities to use new technologies as effective tools for modern and intensive agricultural development , based on an in-depth study and analysis of the current state of natural and human resources, information and practical exchange of knowledge and experience among farmers in the cross-border region Kirklareli-Babaeski-Yambol.
The specific objectives aimed at:
- research, analysis and assessment of the state, natural and human resources of cross-border agribusiness;
- exchange of experience between agricultural producers, institutions and agro-organizations from the cross-border region in order to use modern and up-to-date agricultural production, new technologies and services in agriculture;
- implementation of transfer of knowledge and good practices between the two countries in order to build adequate cross-border capacity to use the opportunities of people, natural resources and technologies in the agricultural sector;
- creation of effective tools for exchange of agricultural information in the cross-border region;
- creating added value in the sector and the region through cross-border cooperation and human resources development.
