The overall goal of the project: creation of a joint cross-border network and organizational structure “LLL-Network / Life-Long-Learning-Network for exchange of experience and social services in vocational training, business management and labor market”, composed of educational institutions and vocational training centers, entrepreneurs, branch organizations, employers, associations and public institutions, to achieve an active exchange of information, experience and teaching practices, additional continuous educational and vocational guidance and lifelong learning, to achieve economic and social prosperity in cross-border region, based on in-depth research, analysis and assessment of the state and level of employment of people, the creation of joint information systems for civil and institutional contacts, formulation of priorities and activities related to activating and expanding employment in a wider range from professions, impact to improve social environment and business environment, allowing a higher standard of living in the cross-border region.

The specific objectives of the project aimed at:

  • Implement activities in the cross-border region to promote good practices in cooperation, in the socio-economic sphere and to strengthen the exchange of expertise in the field of employment and the labor market, by organizing and sharing experience and capacity, to converge on the basis of mutual trust, respect and mutual assistance to ensure balanced socio-economic development in the cross-border region.
  • Research of the state, potential, opportunities and needs for development, consulting, information and subsequent up-to-date lifelong learning and exchange of experience between entrepreneurs and experts occupying key positions and positions in the public institutions of the cross-border region;
  • Creating and using effective forms and tools for vocational guidance, training and subsequent professional and career development of people throughout life, by improving the awareness of the population of the cross-border region about the opportunities provided by the business environment, the labor market and the European alternative to cross-border region;
  • Building specific skills in people from the cross-border region to create partnerships in the context of European enlargement and globalization of the world;
