The main goal of the project: creation of a joint cross-border network and organizational structure called “I & IBM-Information and Investment Business Matrix” by entrepreneurs, industry organizations, employers, investors, associations and institutions working on socio-economic and regional development through action aimed at developing, diversifying and promoting the sustainable development of tourism and related industries, on the uniqueness of the common natural heritage, the abundance of biological diversity and cultural wealth, promoting the development of the cross-border area as a unique destination and attracting investment and investors in this area.
The specific objectives of the project aimed at:
- building specific skills in people from the cross-border region to build partnerships in the context of European enlargement and globalization of the world;
- development and implementation of organizational, informational, legal and methodological tools in the network, through the establishment of a Bureau “BUSINESS-INVEST-CONSULT”. Creating effective tools for exchange of information between SMEs, business organizations and institutions in the field of bioproduction and green energy;
- Study of the state, potential, opportunities and needs of people and business, to create conditions for sustainable development of tourism and related industries
- Organizing and sharing experience and capacity, to bring together the basis of mutual trust, respect and mutual assistance, to ensure balanced socio-economic development in the cross-border region, by promoting, presenting and exchanging best business practices, transfer of expertise potential and attracting investments in tourism.
