The main goal of the project: to achieve active transfer of information and experience between people and enterprises for economic and social prosperity in the cross-border region on the basis of research, analysis and assessment of the level of energy intensity and environmental friendliness -strategy for the development of priorities and activities related to the production of eco-energy from renewable energy sources, economical energy consumption, expansion of bio-production of energy sources and food, for ecological living environment, for improving the competitiveness of the European market and implementation of know-how how, allowing a higher standard of living.
Specific objectives:
- study of the potential, technological development and the level of energy intensity and environmental friendliness of production and life in the cross-border region;
- providing conditions for cross-border transfer of experience and knowledge for activities related to extraction of eco-energy from renewable energy sources and economical energy consumption, expansion of bio-production, for ecological living environment;
- creation of effective tools for exchange of information between SMEs, business organizations and institutions in the field of organic production and green energy;
- improving the awareness of the population of the cross-border region about the benefits of organic production and green energy;
- creating added value in the green energy sector through the development of human resources and the region;
